CMPG is recruiting for a VendorInsight® Contract Administrator. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree with a strong work ethic. Applicants must be detail oriented, highly organized, have excellent written and communication skills and work efficiently with technology. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible reviewing vendor/supplier contracts provided by our customers and entering data from those contracts into the system for clients to view. Other responsibilities include research and review of relevant industry news, preparation of client reports, participating and leading key project efforts and written assignments. Position Overview:

CMPG is seeking to continue our growth by adding an additional VendorInsight® Sales and Relationship Development Representative. We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a proven track record in Business to Business software sales. This position requires an individual who is confident, motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and an understanding of sales or customer service concepts. Experience working with HubSpot is preferred. As a Sales and Relationship Development Representative at CMPG, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new leads via cold calling, networking, and traveling to conferences
  • Managing inbound leads throughout the entire sales process
  • Qualifying the potential buyer/lead
  • Organizing and delivering relevant marketing materials
  • Setting up the demonstration and scheduling the meeting
  • Controlling the sales process to ensure the right individuals, including decision-makers, are involved
  • Assist with preparing proposals, due diligence, etc.
  • Assist with negotiating pricing and contract execution
  • Efficiently managing companies and leads within our CRM tool, HubSpot
  • Delivering weekly reports to management
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to support content development
